The GemaSim Certified Trainer credential recognises professionals who are qualified to facilitate GemaSim behavioural simulations and lead structured learning debriefs and transfers.
To earn this credential, recipients were required to:
- Complete the GemaSim Certified Trainer program
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in setting up and running GemaSim simulations
- Apply sound facilitation principles during briefings, missions, and debriefs
- Observe and interpret individual and team behaviour under pressure
- Translate simulation experiences into clear, actionable learning outcomes
- Meet defined quality and assessment standards set by GemaSim
Certified Trainers are authorised to use GemaSim within training, leadership development, and learning programs in line with GemaSim’s methodology and quality framework.
